Terms and Conditions for COBNB SDN BHD

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and stay at COBNB SDN BHD. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Reservation and Payment
Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified at the time of booking.
Payment Methods: We accept payment by credit card and via bank transfer.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
COBNB CANCELLATION POLICY
Occasionally, guests may need to cancel their reservations. To ensure smooth operations, you can select a cancellation policy for each of your listings. When you're ready, here's how to proceed.

Refundable
​
“Full refund” refers to your nightly rate only. Refunds on COBNB guest fees depend on several factors. Also, you won’t be paid the cleaning fee if the guest cancels before check-in.
​
Guests can cancel until 24 hours before check-in for a full refund, and you won’t be paid
If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid for each night they stay, plus 1 additional night.
​
Guests can cancel until 5 days before check-in for a full refund, and you won’t be paid
If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid for each night they stay, plus 1 additional night, plus 50% for all unspent nights.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights (Non-refundable).
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If they cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights (Non-refundable)
If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights (Non-refundable)
4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in Time: 3PM
Check-out Time: 11AM
Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities
Identification: Valid identification must be presented upon check-in.
Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner respectful of other guests and COBNB staff.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.

6. COBNB Responsibilities
Room Availability: While we strive to provide the room type requested, room allocation is subject to availability at the time of check-in.
Facilities and Services: COBNB will endeavor to provide the facilities and services advertised, but reserves the right to alter or withdraw them without prior notice.

7. Privacy Policy
Data Collection: Personal information collected during the booking process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Security: We employ appropriate security measures to protect your personal data.

8. Limitation of Liability
Personal Belongings: COBNB is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Force Majeure: The hotel is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

10. Changes to Terms
COBNB SDN BHD reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
