Job Description:

Manage hotel reservations through the property management system (PMS), ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking processes.

Monitor and update room availability and rates across multiple distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and the hotel website.

Implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy rates.

Analyze booking trends and market demand to make data-driven decisions on pricing and inventory allocation.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional offers and packages to drive revenue growth.

Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and forecasts.

Conduct regular audits of reservation systems to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.

Provide support to the front desk team during high-volume periods, including handling guest inquiries and resolving booking discrepancies.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor pricing, and market developments to remain competitive in the market.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays

Previous experience in hotel reservations, revenue management, or front desk operations.

Proficiency in using hotel Property Management System (PMS) and Online Travel Agency (OTA) management platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify revenue opportunities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with revenue management principles and techniques is a plus.
