COVID-19
UPDATE
Nothing is more important to the COBNB family than the health and safety of our guests, our employees, and our multifamily communities. We are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation very closely, and we would like to share the additional precautions that have been recently added, in addition to existing safeguards.

Flexible Cancellation Policy
When booking directly through our website or via Airbnb, COBNB has always had an extremely flexible cancellation policy. If you need to change or cancel your trip due to COVID-19, our booking policy allows guests to do a free amendment to a new check-in date. Additionally, guests can book any of our units up until 7pm on the day of check-in for last-minute travel plans. For assistance with canceling or rescheduling your reservation, please leave your message.

Closely Monitoring Affected Service Areas
Following safety precautions, we are continuing to monitor and restrict bookings based on best practices as described by the latest government updates. Additionally, we are in contact with local officials and have asked them to contact us if a previous guest contracts COVID-19.
Additional Cleanliness Precautions
We have always prided ourselves on our exceptionally high cleaning standards, which we credit to our in-house cleaning team. We are now taking these standards even higher, including mandatory training and increased quality assurance programs, specifically as it relates to cleaning and disinfecting surfaces that are touched by our guests daily, like doorknobs, light switches, faucets, remotes, and more. Our staff has also been given specific instructions for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces.
How You Can Stay Safe
There are steps you can take to reduce your risk of developing COVID-19, whether you are currently staying with us or plan to travel in the future. Since this virus is primarily spread from person-to-person, avoid coming into contact with people who are sick. Wash your hands with soap and water frequently for at least 20 seconds at a time. You can also use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer if you don’t have access to soap and water. Lastly, avoid touching your face with unwashed hands.
UPDATE 4/5/20
For guests with upcoming reservations, please be aware that many of our communities are temporarily closing their amenities. This includes, but is not limited to, pools, fitness centers, and clubhouses. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause to you and your experience staying with us.
